Contractor, Booz Allen Hamilton | Experience Design Lead/Creative Manager

Led the design strategy and execution for RAVEn, a cloud-based analytics platform developed by the HSI Innovation Lab to support complex law enforcement investigations within U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Managed a team of 12 designers and oversaw the ongoing development and maintenance of a robust design system to ensure UI/UX consistency across the platform. Collaborated closely with stakeholders, developers, and end-users to align design goals with technical and operational requirements. Created low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using Adobe XD, and led user testing sessions to validate design decisions, improve usability, and guide iterative enhancements.

I was responsible for creating full seasonal brand identities for each team, developing everything from digital, print, web, and environmental collateral to elevate both the brand presence and the overall fan experience. My role covered a broad scope of deliverables including LED board graphics, email campaigns, infographics, digital ads, presentations, social media content, out-of-home advertising, print materials, sponsorship collateral, promotional giveaways, internal communications, and apparel. I worked closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all creative assets aligned with each team's voice while maintaining visual consistency across platforms. In addition to hands-on design work, I also managed the design internship program—reviewing applicants, conducting interviews, and overseeing day-to-day task distribution and mentorship. This role strengthened my ability to create impactful visuals in a fast-paced environment while also growing my leadership and team collaboration skills.
